Corporal John W. Mosbach of New Haven, Conn., grooms and brushes "Rex" a German shepherd dog of the War Dog Detachment at Raidang, Assam, India. The men and dogs of this detachment have recently returned from Burma, where they were a part of both the Merrill’s Marauders and the Mars Task Forces.
